I've been given this message the last three days when I've tried to get a new e-mail with the validation code for my purchase (the Awakened).

My pc had to be sent in for repair some months ago, and I lost all my e-mails then. I thought I had taken a back-up copy, but it appears I haven't. So I installed the game on Saturday, wanting to play it (I had a back-up copy of that) but as I said, I haven't been able to get through on my account page.

I would really like to play this game, so I would like some idea of how long it will take before you can access my account, and if there's another way for me to get hold of the validation code.

I've still not received a message, am I just thick and don't understand how to get this message, or is something wrong? I tried pming you too. I'm very sure I've given you the right e-mail address, and that I registered under that address. I hope nothing is wrong and that I can play the game soon.

I have been confirmed by the tech support that your activation key is still valid.
They ansewered you by mail yesterday.
