Outcry - Missing Activation Key

Hi
Downloaded Outcry, but still have not recieved an email with the activation code. Went into my account to resend it, but still no email. It's my first time using the Adventure Shop, so not a good start. Is this happening to anyone else?

Also, how do you contact support?

Well, the email turned up in the end, so all good to go!

Major delay on recieving the email, but happy now
