Isn't this Thread already an urban legend? "I swear to God it's true, because I heard it from a friend of a friend of mine, but there's supposed to be this horrible beast that refuses to die despite countless attempts to kill it... They say that Old Man Lacey came close once, in his younger days, but supposedly his obsession consumed him and he wound up going insane or something, since the only thing he says is '...' ."

Yeah man, he only posts exclamation marks and dots since then. They have to put him in a padded room at night because he always tries to flee from The Thread.

Also, I hear there was also this guy who thought he was purple and had horns, and he went around telling everybody about that Thread, only he was the crazies of them all: he insisted on saying the exact same story twice in a row, as if he hadn't just said the same thing.

I heard there was some charlatan around the forums posing as some sort of psychiatrist.

Luckily I am too intelligent to be taken in by this sort of thing, but I do worry about the rest of you.

I am also very worried, about Fantasie. I posted a lot of spam in the past few days, but the Thread is still alive. And she promised to close it if someone posted spam on it. How can we take her seriously now?
