Hi,
About a year ago (before I had a 'real' computer), I read a preview (I think it was in Popular Science, but not sure) of a game that was being developed but was not yet released. It's possible the game was being demo'd at a CES type show. The article focused on the extreme realism of the game environment: the way the time of day affected the lighting on the ground and over the water, how passing clouds caused passing shadows, etc... how the level of realism was the best yet. The article also talked about how the main character was able to roam freely about the town/area where the game took place. There were some great screenshots, and links to more online. Now that I have a system capable of playing pretty much any game, I am trying to find out more about that game. I cannot for the life of me remember the title or manufacturer. I've searched for the magazine, Google'd everything I could think of, but no luck. Anyone have a clue what I talking about? :-) Thanks! UPDATE: I found it - Alan Wake (http://www.alanwake.com/) Yay!
