And, I guess Dewy's adventure is rather action game than adventure. Dewy can change its body according to its temperature. Tilt the wii control bar and slide dewy. ![]() Move wii control bar and change the environment. (ex,fan with a wii control bar and make wind(and spin a windmill). shake wii control bar and make an earthquake) Quote:

Had my Wii since release date, and I totally adore it.
It's an awesome system. And with the announcements of games coming this year (Nights, Sonic/Mario Olympics, Smash Bro's, Paper Mario et al), it's got a sound future. I'll post my Number on here soon, although my net connection is a bit iffy with the system. :I

Just got mine a few weeks ago and I am absolutely loving it!! Surfing the Net on the couch on the 40" LCD is just awesome!! YouTube works just great thankfully, though I hope some more plugins are added.
I have Super Paper Mario (awesome), Rayman Raving Rabbids (awesome), and Zelda:TP (awesome). I can't wait for RE4 with the Wii controller--it sounds awesome from what IGN just said about the Japanese version. I also can't wait for the new Harry Potter because the Wii remote as your wand is pure GENIUS!! The other obvious choices are the new Metroid Prime and Super Mario Galaxy, along with Dragon Quest Swords and the Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles coming out for it. It should be a very very good year for the Wii...they just have to make more of them for everyone!!! |

Wii is nice and all. But I still Love my DS. There are So many great games for it... I got yu-gi-oh 2 weeks ago and already spent 65 hours on it. < That's with school and finals and all
I still have to get all the point and click games for it. Like Trace memory, Sinking Island, Ace Wright 1, 2 and 3, The professor (something). and I have to get Pokemon. And basketball, and baseball, and one of those lost in blue games... And a pinball game. For the Wii I'm getting that Treasure Z Island game, and that murder/mystery/point-n-click game... I forgot the name. |

And Then There Were None on the PC was a snoozer. I couldn't bring myself to finish it. I also made the mistake of reading the book before playing, which made the story completely un-suspenseful, though the game had other problems as well. I hope they improved some of it for the Wii release, but I'd read reviews first if I were you.

I would be very surprised if Sadness even exists as a game.

Well, I was worried about Metroid Prime 3, but this gives me hope:

Online co-op in Metroid 3 would have been fantastic. Better yet, hotseat co-op.

Metroid Prime Hunter had superfun multiplayer.
The DS needs more Metroid Prime Hunter Clones, the DS can really pull off amazingly fun FPSs, the controls are perfect, like using a mouse.

I've just read 1Up's impression of Metroid Prime 3, and I'm depressed. According to 1Up, the game "feels like Halo". More action, more intensity, totally linear level design, no backtracking, lots of enemies everywhere and scripted stuff. In other words, Metroid is dead, and its lifeless corpse is being used as a first-person shooter. This is what I was afraid of ever since Metroid Prime: Hunters. If I wanted to play a shooter, I'd play a shooter. I want Metroid! I want to be able to explore interesting world design with some light action sprinkled in. But they've figured out that first-person shooters sell better, so they're selling out. Boo!
I'm depressed. |
