X-Men Legends Nintendo Gamecube

I bought this game years ago and only just started playing it today! What a game!

Just one thing has been bothering me, when I equip items, add points to Skill, Agility and body etc. Then return to the game, points haven't been added at all.

So my question is - is the game faulty, memory card faulty or am I doing it wrong?

Works now...hmm strange.
