Fable, the lost chapters

Are there other games as interchangeable and fun like this game? I like games that I can play over and over and change the adventure. MAC games.

Blade Runner has something like 13 different endings? Also Fahrenheti(Indigo Prophecy) or Heavy Rain determines story by interaction.

Sid Meier's Pirates
Fallout 1 and Fallout 2 (may be hard to get running on intel macs depending on your operating system version)

Deus Ex: Human Revolution is getting a mac release some time soon. That's probably one you'll want to keep your eye on.
